How to Apply

1

Check Your Eligibility

We review your income, household size, and target purchase area to determine which programs you qualify for. This takes about 15 minutes.

2

Get Pre-Approved

We handle your mortgage pre-approval and identify the best loan structure to maximize your DPA benefits. Most programs require a pre-approval letter.

3

Find Your Home

Shop for a home within the program’s geographic and price limits. Your real estate agent can help you target qualifying areas.

4

Submit DPA Applications

We prepare and submit all DPA applications on your behalf. Since the documentation overlaps with your mortgage file, this adds minimal extra work for you.

5

Close on Your Home

DPA funds are applied at closing to cover your down payment and/or closing costs. You walk away with keys and potentially thousands in savings.

Required Documents

  • Pre-approval letter from your lender (we handle this)
  • 2024 federal income tax returns for all household members
  • 2 most recent months of pay stubs for all working household members
  • Accepted Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC)
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Bank statements (most recent 2 months)
  • Social Security cards or ITIN documentation
